Fibonacci single sign-on: the same Fibonacci account for every product, and for your subscriptions here.

Checkout is hosted by Creem, our merchant of record. It takes the payment, adds any tax and sends the receipt.

Your account page shows your subscriptions and plans. Change plan, update your card or cancel from Manage billing.

Who will I be paying?
Orders are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem takes the payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and issues the invoice, so its name appears on your receipt. The products themselves are provided by Fibonacci Impact LLC.
Do I need a separate account for each product?
No. You sign in with Fibonacci single sign-on, one Fibonacci account for every product and for this site. A plan you buy here belongs to that account.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from Manage billing on your account page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Is there a refund?
Yes: a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first payment of a subscription. Renewals are not refunded in part, but you can cancel before the next one. The Refund Policy has the details.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Creem adds the sales tax or VAT that applies where you are at checkout, before you pay.
Why are some products not for sale yet?
Fibonacci CRM is in early access: we set up each workspace with the team that will use it, so its plans are arranged by talking to us. Fibonacci Notes has not been released yet.
